No. Contractors can join with qualifying equipment they already own, explore financing for an approved setup, or potentially access Snow Removal Expert equipment where available. We review your current equipment and operating capacity during the application process.
Approved contractors can receive fixed site assignments for part or all of the winter season. Routes are built around service area, equipment capability, operating capacity and network needs, with the goal of creating efficient groups of nearby properties.
Earnings depend on route size, service type, weather activity, contractor tier and the amount of work completed. Larger routes and stronger performance can create access to higher-value assignments and additional opportunities. The earnings examples shown above are illustrative gross revenue before operating costs.
Not necessarily. Contractors with qualifying commercial snow-removal coverage may be able to use their own policy. Eligible contractors may also have access to coverage through Snow Removal Expert's program, subject to qualification and program terms.
Some properties may be assigned for a defined period or for the full winter season to create consistency and route familiarity. Contractors with available capacity may also receive additional opportunities through the dynamic dispatch queue.
